Returns & Refunds

We're sure you're going to love your new EQUA delivery, but if you unpack it and find out that it somehow does not meet your expectations and it isn't right for you, you should send us an email to sales@myequa.co.uk immediately, so we can check and authorise the return. You have 14 days from the delivery date to inform us about your order cancellation and 30 days to bring your return to the post (it needs to be postmarked within these 30 days).

Returns Process

If you decide to return the purchased products, send us an email at sales@myequa.co.uk and send your items to:

Please note that My EQUA UK cannot be held responsible for returns made without prior authorisation from our team.

  • Products must be unused with a tag still attached and in the original packaging.
  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
  • Depending on the original payment it may take up to a few weeks to see the refund on your account.
  • Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.
  • The refund amount does not include shipping costs or customs fees from the vendor to the customer and from the customer to the vendor.
  • If the product has been purchased from an authorised retailer, it is necessary to return it directly to the retailer.
  • The refund policy is not applicable to personalised, used or washed items.
  • Please note that My EQUA UK cannot be held responsible for returns made without prior authorisation from our team.

In order to being a return please fill in a My EQUA UK refund form or send an email to sales@myequa.co.uk.

Refund Process

As long as the bottles have not been used, we will issue a full refund in 7 days once the item has arrived safely to the My EQUA UK warehouse. Please note that the cost of return will need to be covered by the customer, as we do not offer free returns. Please note that we do not offer returns on any personalised products.

My EQUA UK cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost in the post, so we strongly recommend using a tracking code service when sending any returns.

Arrived Damaged?

In an unlikely event that you receive a flawed or damaged product, please send us an email at sales@myequa.co.uk with images documenting the flaw you discovered within 7 working days after the delivery date.

Please do not send any damaged products back to us, but send an email with images and we will review them and approve a free replacement if eligible.
